Surrounded by green mountains and tropical gardens it is an oasis where birds and butterflies are abundant.

Fishery Creek nearby flows all year round and is a great spot for relaxing.

A real country pub and coffee shop are within an easy stroll of the park. A boat ramp to river & reef fishing is nearby. Tours to the reef are close by.

Our Saturday night “Thai Night With Food & Music” is popular and great fun, and is held in tourist season from June to October.

We are the closest coastal van park to the Reef and the Tablelands. The Great Barrier Reef and reef cruises are on your doorstep. We are close to the famous and mysterious “Boulders” and our park is situated in a relaxed rainforest setting in spacious tropical gardens.

From the caravan park you can fossick around the creek which flows all year listening to the magic of the amazing variety of birds. The adventurous can visit such exciting waterholes as Behanna Creek, Josephine Falls and enjoy the safe pool at the Boulders.

You can stroll 100m to a country pub for meals and drinks and take in many bird and butterfly species to sight as you walk. Conveniently located at the gateway of the Cairns Highlands our park is the ultimate place to discover the beauty of the great green way.
